Refund policy
In store: Returns are allowed within 14 days for exchange of the return value or store credit. Original receipt must be presented for all returns/exchanges. Items must have original tags and be in new, unused condition and free of odors and pet hair. On Holiday items, returns are allowed up to 14 days before the holiday. No returns on sale items, pre-orders, special orders, beauty items, shoes or jewelry.
Shipped items: Please contact us at theblessednest@sbcglobal.net before returning an item. Items must be returned with 14 days of item delivery (per tracking info). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to ship priority mail so you have tracking and insurance. You can receive store credit or exchange (minus shipping charges) for another item and shipping of exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Cancellations: After an order has been placed, we cannot cancel an order and issue a refund. If you no longer need the items, you will be issued a store credit minus 20% processing fees if the return meets the above conditions. Excessive exchanges will incur a restocking fee.

Online Store Pickup orders: You have 30 days to pickup your online order. After 30 days, items will be returned to stock or donated and no refunds given.
